41 grams of protein | High-protein | Dairy-free | Refined sugar free | Vegan | GF option
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 60 g of mashed banana
- 40 ml of oat milk
- pinch of salt
- 60 g of grated apple
- cinnamon
- 10 g of pea protein powder
- 35 g of oats turned into flour (use GF oats for GF option)
Toppings:
- protein cream cheese filling: 25 g of vanilla pea protein powder, mixed with splash of water/yogurt
- 60 g of banana
- 10 g of peanut butter
- cinnamon
Instructions:
simply mix together all ingredients in the order of the ingredients list. fry on medium heat until golden brown, covered. turn and fry for another couple of minutes, uncovered.
make protein cream cheese, and spread it on top of the pancake, put the banana and peanut butter, sprinkle with some extra cinnamon.
